Wimbly Lu

Hello. 

Super happy. I love Wednesdays because it's the end of my school week mua haha.

My friend came to pick me up after school and allowed me to choose any cafes I want to go.

I chose Wimbly Lu out of my entire To-go list, since I wasn't really hungry for real food plus I've been wanting to come this place since forever already!

This beetle is parker outside permanently. I think it's the signature icon there.

Right beside it is The Cajun Kings. I've been reading quite a lot about it. 

Quite cool ley. You have to wear a bip and eat with your hands. Would love to go and try one day.

 Inside is super pretty and whimsical.

It's so cute. Feels like a little cottage. Plus it was raining and the fairy lights make the whole place really lovely.

Haha, I already knew I wanted the waffle so I didn't need the menu at all. Anyway, the prices there are totally affordable! They don't have eggs ben and those normal brunch items but they do have sandwiches, pies and lasagnes. Didn't get to try the famous rootbeer float cake though, we were too fulll!

My friend had the eclair, which was not bad! It was $3 ?

We also shared a cottage pie. This was $12. 

Pie was alright, I thought the meat part was lacking in flavour, but potato was nice.

And...* drums roll* MY WAFFLE!!!

All the reviews I read raved about the sea salt caramel ice cream, so I had to try?

But after that I wanted to bash myself up because I forgot my friend doesn't take sweet and salty stuff tgt. :(

But I thought it was really not bad. Will order this with vanilla icecream next time, think it will be just as good too!!

Anyway, you get to choose what ice cream you want, and you can choose if u want maple syrup or choc sauce. And you can choose for them to drizzle on it for you, or served separately!

I read on one of the reviews that...

you shld ask for the side because you can drizzle on it yourself and still get remaining choc sauce to dip the waffle in!

After drizzling the syrup on the waffle, there was still a remainder of 3/4!

This was so yummy I just kept putting my palms together to give thanks to the existence of something so delicious. Love it!!

If you have enough time, you can hop over to Cajun Kings for dinner or go to Gardens for Chomp chomp!! Desserts to me is always first haha.
